These Terms of Service outline the policies, responsibilities, and service expectations for customers using ProClear Headlight Restoration

Services Provided
ProClear Headlight Restoration provides mobile headlight restoration services, including sanding, and UV clear coat application. We offer two packages: Premium and Fleet services.
Service Limitations

Results may vary depending on the condition of the headlight lens. Severe damage (cracks, internal fogging, deep oxidation) may not fully restore.

Our services are cosmetic in nature and do not replace manufacturer headlight housings.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide safe, legal access to the vehicle at the scheduled service location, including adequate space and permission to perform mobile services. The vehicle must be in operable condition and free of excessive personal belongings around the headlights. Customers are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing damage or defects prior to service.
ProClear Headlight Restoration is not responsible for delays or inability to complete service due to inaccessible locations, unsafe conditions, or undisclosed vehicle issues.
Payments & Pricing

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.

Fleet service pricing is provided by custom quote.
Warranty / Guarantee

Premium Package: Up to 5 years of clarity under normal use, when proper aftercare is followed.

Fleet Services: Coverage based on agreement at time of contract.

Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect (e.g., using abrasive cleaners, physical impact).
Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice.

Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Weather & Mobile Service Conditions
As a mobile service provider, service completion may be affected by weather conditions, temperature, lighting, or other environmental factors. ProClear Headlight Restoration reserves the right to reschedule appointments when conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for proper service quality.
Right to Refuse Service
ProClear Headlight Restoration reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if working conditions are unsafe, if a vehicle presents unreasonable risk, or if customer conduct is inappropriate or unsafe.
Liability
While we take great care, ProClear Headlight Restoration is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage to headlights.

Damage caused by improper customer maintenance after service.
